The City of Helsinki published the first version of the welcome.hel.fi website after 23 September 2018. When the website administrators changed the welcome.helsinki URL to welcome.hel.fi on 31 January 2023, the non-compliance issues of this audit were rectified.
The website administrators continuously monitor welcome.hel.fi accessibility levels during regular website maintenance. In addition, they address detected shortcomings and strive to make the required changes as soon as possible.
